南水北调工程中段用大跨度开沟机设计

摘    要:根据南水北调工程中段工程需要而设计的大跨度开沟机,适合一般混填土的开沟施工。本文通过对其执行机构、桁架机构的设计进行分析,得出结论:其适用最大跨度为23m,最大坡度为1:3,开沟最大深度600mm,开沟速度100~300m/h。该设备生产周期短、投资小、效率高。

Abstract:Largc-span trencher designed according to project demand for middle section in South-to-North Water Diversion Project is suitable for trenching construction of general mixed filling earth. The following conclusions are obtained in the paper through analyzing the design of execution framework and truss framework thereof: the applicahle maximum span is 23m, maximum gradient is 1:3, trenching maximum depth is 600mm, and trenching speed is 100 - 300m/h. The equipment is characterized by short production cycle, low investment and high efficiency.
