| 摘 要： | 在阐述首席研究员负责制（principal investigator responsibility system，PIRS）下引入科研型实验室综合信息系统（Laboratory Inforraation Systems，LIS）的必要性和可行性的基础上，提出基于C／S、B／S结合模式的LIS总体结构，给出了系统的功能模块、设计特色和关键问题解决方法等。其LIS运行结果表明该LIS能为PIRS对人力、物流、财务及质量控制的管理提供强大支持。

| Abstract: | Necessity and feasibility of LIS under principal investigator responsibility system were explained. We analyzed the overall structure of LIS based on C/S and B / S mixed framework,and explained the functional modules, design features,solutions of the key problem of system. The result of trial opemtian showed that LIS could provide supports for lab management of principal investigator. |
