摘    要:将目标因子分析中的自由浮动技术引入多元校正中,提出了一种新的多元校正方法,将该法用于四组分芳香化合物的紫外分光光度法同时测定,讨论了不同波长范围,不同波长间隔及样准标准溶液份数对计算结果的影响。

Abstract:A new multivariate calibration method based on free floating procedure of target transformation factor analysis (TTFA), called calibration transforming matrix (CTM)has been proposed for simultaneous determination of tetradic mixtures of aromatic compounds (NAP, NAA, DHN, DMO) in this paper. The optimized model of calibrating set selected for calibrated results of artificial mixtures were satisfactoried. The affecting factors,wavelength ranges, distances of wavelength points and different numbers of calibrating sets,were disscussed. It has been shown that the CTM method in some may has greater calibration capability than conventional TTFA method.
