| 摘 要： | 研发、设计、制造、采购、施工五位一体工程总承包服务模式即在传统EPC模式的基础上,增加了研发和制造。从设计角度出发,结合实际工程中总承包项目优化设计的体会,在五位一体管理模式下,探讨了设计方在装配式建筑设计中的优化设计流程及方法。实践证明,采用五位一体管理模式能够很好地发挥一体化管理的优势,全面提升工程质量水平。

| Abstract: | The five in one project general contracting service mode of R&D,design,manufacture,procurement and construction is to add R&D and manufacture to the traditional EPC mode.From the point of view of design,combined with the experience of optimal design of general contracting projects in practical projects,this paper discusses the optimal design process and methods of the designer in the prefabricated building design under the five in one management mode.Practice has proved that the five in one management mode can give full play to the advantages of integrated management and comprehensively improve the level of project quality. |
