| 摘 要： | JC56鄂式破碎机属简摆式破碎机,采用变啮角腔形,物料在破碎腔内几乎呈单纯挤压的无摩擦破碎,减少了过粉碎,颚板使用寿命比普通颚式破碎机高2倍以上。该机设有过载保护装置及良好的润滑及报警系统。用该机破碎山东某金矿矿石,其破碎比可达10,产品中粒度小于排矿口尺寸级别的产率大于80％,粒度均匀。

| Abstract: | JC56 jaw crusher belongs to the Blake crushers with characteristics of variable nip angle crushing chamber. The jaw plate service life is twice longer than that of conventional one as the materials are treated by ways of almost perfect extrusion and friction-free crushing without over crushing. In addition, the crusher is provided with an overload protection device and escellent lubricating and alarming systems. The reduction ratio is up to 10 and the size fraction, in which the particles are smaller than the discharge opening,is more than 80% in weight with umiform particle size,when crushing gold ores from a certain mine in Shandong Province with the crusher. |
