| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨PET/CT关键硬件及构造与主要技术指标的关系,为PET/CT选型提供依据。方法:根据PET/CT成像理论及关键硬件构造的工作原理,探讨其所影响的主要技术指标。结果:PET探头中的晶体、光电倍增管及探头结构等是影响PET的空间分辨率、能量分辨率、时间分辨率、探测效率、灵敏度及图形信噪比等技术指标的主要因素;CT球管、探测器、数据采集系统决定了CT的排数和层数等技术指标。结论:PET/CT关键硬件及构造与主要技术指标的关系可为评估PET/CT配置和选型提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate relationship between PET/CT key hardwares and structure and the main technical indexes to provide reference for PET/CT selection. Methods： According to PET/CT imaging theory and the working principle of the key hardwares and structure, the main technical indexes influenced by these factors were analyzed and discussed. Results： The crystal and photomultiplier in the PET detector and the detector structure were the main factors to influence PET technical indexes, spatial resolution, energy resolution, time resolution, detecting efficiency, sensitivity and signal-noise ratio. CT technical indexes, the number of the detector row and the image slice depended on the CT tube, detector and data acquisition system. Conclusion： To provide references and about PET/CT equipment selection for hospitals to establish a PET center. |
