责任制教学模式在护理专业实习生临床带教中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨责任制教学模式在护理专业实习生临床带教中的应用效果。方法将321名实习生设为对照组,采用传统教学模式:将323名实习生设为试验组,采用责任制教学模式。出科前对学生进行理论和技能考试,以及评教、评学满意度调查。结果试验组学生理论成绩、技能成绩、综合测评成绩、评教和评学满意度均高于对照组(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。试验组学生在教师结合病例讲解有关知识、完成基础护理理论培训、完成基础护理操作培训、关心学生方面的满意度高于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论责任制教学模式能充分利用现有教育资源,为学生创造更多实习机会,促进教学目标的完成,提高实习生的理论知识与护理技能。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effects of responsibility teaching mode in the clinical teaching for nursing students. Methods Totally 321 nursing students were recruited as the control group with traditional teaching mode,and 323 nursing students were recruited as the experimental group with the responsibility teaching mode. The nursing students took the theory test and skills exam at the end of clinical practice ,and completed theteaching satisfaction investigation. Results The nursing students' scores of theory test, skills exam ,comprehensive test ,teaching satisfaction and learning satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ). The students in the experimental group showed higher satisfaction with the following aspects(P〈0.01):teachers could explain the knowledge integrated with the cases;the students could take all the basic nursing theory lectures and skills training; the teachers showed more concern with the students. Conclusion The responsibility teaching mode can make full use of the existing education resources,create more practical opportunities for nursing students,effectively promote the achievement of teaching objectives,and improve the students' knowledge and skills.
