金沙绢毛菊的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的 研究金沙绢毛菊的化学成分.方法 利用硅胶和聚酰胺柱层析分离金沙绢毛菊中的化学成分,并通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的化学结构.结果 从毛冠菊中分离得到7个化合物,经鉴定分别为木犀草素(Ⅰ),木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ),咖啡酸(Ⅲ),羽扇豆醇乙酸酯(Ⅳ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅴ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅵ),熊果酸(Ⅶ).结论 化合物Ⅰ~Ⅵ为首次从该植物中分离得到.

Abstract:Objective To study the chemical constituents of Soroseris gillii (S. Moore) Stebb.Methods The chemical constituents of Soroseris gillii (S. Moore) Stebb. Were isolated with silica gel and polyamide chromatography. Their structures were identified by analysis of their spectral data, physical and chemical properties. Results Seven compounds were obtained and identified as luteolin (Ⅰ), luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (Ⅱ), caffeic acid (Ⅲ), lupeol acetate (Ⅳ), daucosterol (Ⅴ), β-sitosterol (Ⅵ), ursolic acid (Ⅶ).Conclusion CompoundsⅠ~Ⅵ were obtained from the plant for the first time.
