摘 要: | 高等教育质量在很大程度上取决于高校教师队伍的整体素质和水平。美国高校教师管理包括教师的聘任、教师的考核、教师职称的评定及教师的培训与进修等方面,其中均有很多成功经验值得借鉴,我国应该增强高校依法办学的自主权,优化教师聘任制度,建立合理的考评体系。

Abstract: | The quality of university education depends mostly on the quality of the university faculty. The U.S. university faculty management includes the teachers' engagement system, examination system, professional title assessment, teachers training and further study etc., among which there are many successful experience for us to learn. China should strengthen the right of legally establishing university, optimize the teachers' engagement system and set up a reasonable teachers' assessment system. |
