| 摘 要： | 目的:本文为复方虎杖喷雾剂制定制备工艺和质控标准,并简单介绍本制剂疗效。方法:根据本制剂组方主要为黄柏、虎杖等中药,因此在质控标准中以对照品及标准药材为对照,建立黄柏、虎杖的薄层色谱检测方法的鉴别指标,又因本制剂为含醇溶剂,因此建立乙醇测定指标。结果:对不同批号3批的样品检测,证明所建立的质控标准切实可行。结论:复方虎杖喷雾剂制备工艺合理,质控方法简便可靠,疗效显著值得推广使用。
