| 摘 要： | 目的研究皮层动脉脑梗死(CACI)与穿支动脉脑梗死(PACI)病人血清高密度脂蛋白水平的变化.方法测定46例CACI、73例PACI病人及对照组47例血清高密度脂蛋白的含量.结果 CACI病人血清高密度脂蛋白水平明显低于PACI病人及对照组(P<0.001),PACI病人高密度脂蛋白水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01).结论血清高密度脂蛋白水平降低与CACI发生有关,高血压与PACI发生有关.

| Abstract: | Objective Study the level of serum High-Density lipoproteinlevel with and cortical arterial cerebral infarctions (CACI)and that in perforating arterial cerebra infarctions (PACI).Methods To detect the level of serum high-density lipoprotein of 46 CACI patients, 73 PACI patients, 47 control group. Results The level of high-density lipoprotein was significantly lower in the CACI Patients than in the PACI patients and control group (P<0.001); The level of high-density lipoprotein was significantly lower in the PACI patients than in control group (P<0.01).Conclusion The low level of high-density lipoprotein is a risk factor in CACI.Morever,The main risk factor of PACI is hypertension. |
