摘    要:QPQ工艺产生的废水为碱性,铝合金阳极氧化工艺产生的废水是酸性.在工艺布局中将两者结合,可以使废水酸碱中和达到减少排放的效果.采用中和、混凝、沉淀和斜管分离的工艺流程,对废水进行深度处理后大部分回用于生产.
