格林巴利综合征患者医院感染危险因素分析

目的分析格林巴利综合征患者医院感染的危险因素. 方法对1999年6月1日～2004年1月31日,我院收治的95例格林巴利综合征患者的医院感染危险因素、病原体及感染部位进行回顾性调查. 结果医院感染率为41.05 %,感染例次率55.79%,以呼吸道感染最多见,占27.37 %,其次为泌尿系,占6.32 %;基础疾病、激素的应用、侵袭性操作、抗生素的应用、病情的严重程度、年龄、住院时间等,是引起格林巴利综合征患者医院感染的危险因素;医院感染多发生于住院约2周. 结论积极治疗原发病、减少危险因素、合理应用抗生素,是降低格林巴利综合征患者医院感染的有效措施.

Risk Factors of Nosocomial Infection in Patients with Guillain-Barre Syndrome

OBJECTIVE: To explore the risk factors for nosocomial infection in patients with Guillain-Barre(syndrome.) METHODS: Retrospective surveys of nosocomial infection in 95 cases with Guillain-Barre syndrome were carried out in our hospital between 1999 and 2004.The risk factors and pathogens analysis were done for(cases) of nosocomial infection.RESULTS: It showed that the incidence of nosocomial infection rate was 41.05% and from them 55.79% patients were infected.The nosocomial respiratory tract infection was the highest((27.37%),) the second one was the urinary tract(6.32%).Nosocomial infection was closely related with such factors as the disease of Guillain-Barre syndrome,the use of antibiotic,invasive operation,age,longation of(hospitalization) time,and disturbance of disease.The infections often occurred about two weeks after hospital stay.(CONCLUSION:) It is suggested that there be urgent need for treating the basic disease,reducing the risk factors,reasonable use of antibiotics,which can reduce the development of nosocomial infection in patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome.
