基于VxWorks的虚拟机串口通信的实现

以VMware Workstation为虚拟硬件开发平台，Tornado为交叉编译环境，通过网络下载的方式向虚拟机成功移植了VxWorks操作系统。介绍了虚拟机平台的构造和虚拟网卡驱动程序的移植过程，给出了内核映像的定制流程，详细探讨了bootrom的编译和引导盘的制作方法。最后，分析了VxWorks串口驱动的基本框架，并通过编译下载应用程序，实现了虚拟机平台和普通PC机之间的串口通信。

Implementation of serial communication on virtual machine based on VxWorks

Taking VMware Workstation as a virtual development platform, Tornado as the cross compile environment, this paper transplants VxWorks operating system to the virtual machine through network. This paper introduces the processes of virtual machine conformation and virtual network driver transplantation, gives the flow of VxWorks kernel customization, discusses the method of making bootrom and bootable disk in detail. In the end, this paper analyses the framework of VxWorks serial driver, implements the serial communication between virtual machine and PC through compiling and downloading application.
