摘    要:采用通用流体计算力学(CFD)软件FLUENT对Gambit软件建立的可控膜液体静压密封流场三维结构网格模型进行数值计算,基于三维层流N-S方程与SIMPLE算法,得到了密封端面间隙液膜的三维压力分布和速度分布,研究了密封端面结构参数和操作参数对密封性能的影响,对密封结构优化有指导意义.

Abstract:By using CFD,the software of computational fluid dynamics,Three-dimensional flow in controllable film hydrostatic pressure seal model built with Gambit,was numerical simulated.Based on three-dimensional laminar Navier-Stokes equation and SIMPLE algorithm,the pressure and velocity distribution of the fluid membrane were obtained.The relation between parameters(structure parameters and operation parameters) and seal performance was also obtained.This analysis is helpful to the optimization design of the devic...
