| 摘 要： | 本文以我国地方产业发展实践为依据，阐述产业集群与企业集聚两种不同的产业集聚模式，通过探讨地方主导产业的演化路径进一步比较产业集群与企业集聚的异同，由此分析产业集群发展的生态性特征，并对地方产业发展的组织模式选择提出政策引导建议。
