多体系统动力学在配气凸轮型线改进设计中的应用

摘    要:介绍了运用多体系统动力学进行配气机构运动学和动力学特性仿真的方法,并对4102QB发动机的下置式配气机构进行了分析,发现其凸轮型线有待进一步优化.采用4种不同参数的低次分段组合Ⅰ型凸轮型线、两种高次多项式型线和复合摆线设计了7种型线,并将其运用于该配气机构的多体系统动力学模型中.通过分析比较,找出了较为理想的凸轮型线.

Abstract:The method of applying multibody system dynamics to the simulation of valve trains' kinematics and dynamics properties is presented, and used in the analysis of 4102QB engine's side-mounted valve train. The results show that it is needed to optimize its cam profile. Thus four style Ⅰ multiple cam profiles with different parameters, two polynomial profiles and one multi-cycloid profile are designed and applied to the valve train's multibody system dynamics model. By comparing the analysis results, a reasonable cam profile is obtained.
