癫痫患者血清和血清超滤液及唾液中苯妥英钠和卡马西平的浓度测定

 目的：測定癲痫患者血清、超滤液和唾液中游离苯妥英钠和卡马西平浓度，总结其相关性。方法：将94例癫 痫患者分为2組，第1组60例，单独服用笨妥英纳；第2组34例，单独服用卡马西平，应用超滤法获得血清中游离 药物后，再采用荧光偏振免疫法测定患者血清、血清超滤液和唾液中苯妥英钠、卡马西平的浓度。结果：第1组血清 苯妥英钠游离分数为10.41%，其中15例平均唾液游离分数为10.36%，血清游离分数9.51%，两者浓度之比1.09 ：1。第2组卡马西平游离分数22.58%，其中9例平均唾液游离分数为24.20%,血清游离分数23.09%,两者比值 1.05 ：1。结论：苯妥英钠、卡马西平在血清、血清超滤液和唾液中浓度有良好的相关性；唾液浓度比血清总浓度更 具有临床意义。

Monitoring the concentrations of phenytoin and carbamazepine in serum,serum ultrafiltration,saliva

OBJECTIVE To monitor the concentrations of phenytoin and carbamazepine in serum,serum ultrafiltration,and saliva. METHODS Ninety-four patients were divided into 2 groups group I ,60 patients,was given oral phenytoin,and group I ，34 patients,oral carbamazepine. Flurorescence polarization immunoassay was used for monitoring phenytoin and carbamazepine in serum, serum ultrafiltration, and saliva. RESULTS The percentage of phenytoin and carbamazepine in ultrafiltration was 10. 41% ，22. 58% respectively. In 15 patients,the percentage of phenytion in ultrafiltration and saliva was 9.51 % and 10. 36% ，and in 9 patients the percentage of carbamazepine in ultrafiltration and saliva 23.09% and 24.20% respectively. CONCLUSION The coucentration of the two drugs in serum, serum ultrafiltration, saliva has a good relationship. Monitoring drug's saliva concentration is of signifi-cance.
