基于开发性学习的后发企业创新能力形成机制研究

运用序惯博弈模型分析了发达国家企业技术溢出率与后发企业进行开发性学习投入的形成机制。研究结果表明,在技术溢出仅从在位企业向后发企业单向溢出的假设下,当技术溢出率相对较大时,后发企业就有可能从在位企业那里获得技术溢出上的收益,更愿意成为追随者,但同时也降低了开发性学习投入上的动力。在技术溢出率足够小的情况下,后发企业更愿意选择同步进行开发性学习投入。随着技术溢出率的边际递减,在某一临界点开发性学习是后发企业提高创新能力和实施追赶效应的战略性投入。

Study on Formation Mechanism of Innovation Capability of Latecomer Firms Based on Exploitative Learning Process
