全国统一的司法考试对高校法学教育造成了一定程度的冲击,引发了各界对两者之间关系的热烈讨论,本文从对高校法学教育的定位与反思的基础上提出应当正确认识司法考试的导向性作用,改革高校法学教育,同时完善司法考试本身,两者的良性互动与协调才能更好地为我国法治建设服务。

The Interaction and Coordination between the Law Education at Universities and the Judicial Examination System

The establishment of the unified judicial examination system has had certain impacts on the law education at universities,which has triggered off a heated debate among people from all walks of life on the relationship between the two.Based on an analysis of and reflections on the role and position of the education of the science of law at universities,the paper puts forward that the directional role of judicial examination should be recognized and the law education at universities should also have certain reforms to better fulfill its talentcultivating mission.Meanwhile,the judicial examination system itself should be improved.Such being the case,the sound interaction and coordination between the two will jointly help promote China＇s legal construction.
