至阳八阵穴按摩联合穴位贴敷治疗小儿厌食症临床研究

目的:观察至阳八阵穴按摩联合穴位贴敷治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法:108例小儿厌食症患者采用随机数字表法分为治疗组、对照1组和对照2组,每组36例。对照1组给予穴位贴敷治疗,对照2组在对照1组的基础上给予普通推拿治疗,治疗组在对照1组的基础上给予至阳八阵穴点穴按摩治疗。观察三组治疗前后的血红蛋白、唾液淀粉酶、血锌值、尿D-木糖吸收排泄率及中医症状积分变化。结果:治疗后治疗组与对照1组、对照2组在血红蛋白、唾液淀粉酶、血锌值、尿D-木糖吸收排泄率及中医症状积分方面比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组、对照1组、对照2组临床疗效总有效率分别为91.67%、69.44%、72.22%,治疗组分别与对照1组、对照2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:至阳八阵穴按摩联合穴位贴敷能有效缓解小儿厌食症临床症状,改善实验室指标。

Clinical Study on Zhiyang Eight Point Massage Combined with Acupoint Application in Treatment of Pediatric Anorexia

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhiyang eight point massage combined with acupoint application in the treatment of pediatric anorexia. Methods:Total 108 cases of pediatric anorexia patients were divided into the treatment group,control group 1 and control group 2 according to random number table,36 cases in each group. The control group 1 was given acupoint application therapy,the control group 2 was given the ordinary massage treatment based on the control group 1 while the treatment group was given on zhiyang eight point massage on the basis of the control group 1. The hemoglobin,salivary amylase,blood zinc value,urine D-xylose absorption and excretion test and TCM symptom integral changes were observed before and after treatment in the three groups. Results:After treatment,the hemoglobin,salivary amylase,blood zinc value,urinary D-excretion rate of D-xylose absorption and TCM syndrome score in the treatment group had statistical significance compared to the control group 1 and control group 2(P< 0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group,the control group 1 and control group 2 were 91.67%,69.44%,72.22% respectively. The total effective rate in the treatment group had statistical significance compared to the control group 1 and control group2(P< 0.05). Conclusion:Zhiyang eight point massage combined with acupoint application can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of pediatric anorexia,improve the levels of laboratory indicators.
