| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨骨与软组织肿瘤介入治疗的技术和疗效及血管造影表现在评价疗效方面的意义。材料与方法 ５８例骨与软组织肿瘤患者接受介入治疗，并随访３～２４个月，观察临床及放射学改善情况，计算肿瘤坏死百分比并与血管造影表现对照，结果 治疗后大部分患者指标明显改善，肢体肿瘤患者９２％行保肢手术，术后局部复发率为１３．６％，手术病理示５３％（１０／１９）的患者肿瘤坏死率达９０％以上，术后血管造影表现与病理结果相符
