基于SOA的智能变电站设计平台的模式设计

摘    要:为解决智能变电站建设周期比传统变电站建设周期长的问题,提出将智能变电站的配置(设计)过程由系统集成商负责改为由设计部门管理配置(设计)网络平台完成。该平台基于SOA构架设计,根据设备提供商上传的IED设备的能力描述(ICD)文件自动生成变电站的全站系统配置(SCD)文件,进而生成各个IED实例配置描述(CID)文件。设备提供商和系统集成商可以通过网络从该平台下载自己所需的CID或SCD文件;业主可以通过该平台对ICD,SCD,CID文件进行版本控制,进而约束各方的工作进度和质量。该平台调整了在整个智能变电站的设计、调试、建设过程中各个不同单位的角色权限和职能,业主可以利用它优化管理流程,缩短智能变电站的建设周期。

Abstract:In order to shorten the construction period of intelligent substations, a configuration(design) network platform based on SOA is recommended. On which, the design department is responsible for the configuration (design) of intelligent substation instead of the system integrator. The plateform can generate a SCD automatically according to the CDs uploaded by the equipment suppliers, and allow the equipment suppliers and system integrator to download the CID or SCD as needed, the owner restrains the job schedule and quantity by taking control of the versions of ICD, SCD and CID. The platform defines the role for each unit, the authorities and functions for each role, during the designing, constructing and debugging of a intelligent substation. The owner can optimize the management process by the platform, and shorten the construction period effectively.
