活性染料废水脱色回用染色的可行性研究

摘    要:重点考察回用水对纯棉机织物的染色可行性,采用3种中温型活性染料对纯棉机织物进行染色,回收其染色废水,经过光催化氧化脱色处理,得到回用水,并通过不同指标加以表征.将回用水用于活性染料再染色,建立以色差、上染固色曲线和牢度所构成的评价体系,与自来水染色效果进行对比.结果证明:回用水染色效果主要受水中无机组分的影响,使用不同水样介质染色不论从固色过程还是最终固色率都呈现一致的趋势;不同介质染色时,直接性、上染和固色性大体相同.最终证明活性染料染色废水经光催化氧化脱色后再次用于活性染料染色是可行的,并可以取得比较优良的染色效果.

Abstract:It focuses on the reuse water dyeing feasibility on cotton woven fabrics.Cotton woven fabrics were dyed using three medium temperature reactive dyes,and the dyeing waste water was recycled and photocatalytic oxidation decolorized.The recycled water was characterized,and was used to dye fabrics and the effect was compared with water staining.The results showed that the dyeing effect of the recycled water was mainly affected by the inorganic salts.And using different staining media,the dyeing uptake and fixat...
