贵州省2001-2006年急性弛缓性麻痹病例监测系统运转情况分析

目的了解贵州省急性弛缓性麻痹病例监测系统的运转情况。方法用描述流行病学方法分析2001-2006年贵州省AFP病例监测系统数据库,数据采用Excel软件进行整理分析。结果2001-2006年贵州省AFP病例监测系统共报告病例1998例,年报告发病率均大于1/10万,其中,非AFP病例242例,AFP病例1756例,未发现脊灰野病毒病例,2003-2006年全省AFP病例双份合格便标本采集率连续4年低于80%,2001-2006年中国免疫规划信息系统报告贵州省OPV基础免疫应种儿童3125808例,实际接种30792169例,报告接种率98.51%。结论贵州省已连续12年未发现本土脊灰野病毒引起的麻痹病例,继续保持无脊灰状态。贵州省维持无脊灰状态的AFP病例监测与脊髓灰质炎疫苗免疫工作亟待加强,尤其应对位于贵州省西部的毕节、黔西南和六盘水地区给予重点关注。

Analysis on win-king status of Acute Flaccid Paralysis case surveillance system in Guizhou Province 2001-2006

Objective To review the quality of Acute Flaccid Paralysis （AFP） surveillance system in Guizhou Province in 2001-2006. Methods Using epidemiological method and analyzing the AFP surveillance system data. Results 1998 AFP cases were reported in 2001-2006 in Guizhou Province. Based on the virological classification standard, 1756 cases were discarded as non-polio cases. No any indigenous or imported wild polio virus was found in Guizhou in 2001-2006. The reported incidence of now polio AFP under 15 years old was more than 1 per 100000 in 2001-2006,The collection rate of qualified stool specimen was less than 80% in 2003-2006. The coverage of childhood immunization information management system in China in 2001-2006 had showed, Totally were 3125808 targeted children oral polio vaccine （OPV）, and the reported immunization coverage were 98. 51%. Conclusion AFP Surveillance System have met the requirements of WHO and Ministry of Health of China except the collection rate of qualified stool specimen, Maintaining the polio-free statement in Guizhou Province. Not only the quality of AFP Surveillance System but also OPV immunization in Guizhou Province urgently need to be further strengthened, particularly the western prefecture of Guizhou Province, such as Bijie, Qianxinan and Liupanshui must be extensive concerned.
