Experience and explore on community health center management by tertiary hospital

Based on the experience of tertiary hospital directly managed community health center in Xiamen the 1st hospital and referred by the foreign experience, the methods and achievements of tertiary hospital managing community health center were summarized. The experience mainly included institutional establishing as a guarantee, hardware building as a foundation, chief quality control official as a core, famous experts based double referral as a strategy, information communication as a technology support, initial service and management innovation as a spirit and feedback for society as the goal.
