摘    要:文中设计了一种MIM型双通道光栅波导,光栅的单元结构为三角形,利用时域有限差分(FDTD)方法对此结构进行了仿真,研究了不同的结构参数对光增强性能的影响,分析了金属膜厚度(d)、三角形项角(θ)、光栅周期(T)与激发波长之间的关系,对研制基于SPP的新型滤波器提供了一些参考。

Abstract:We designed a MIM dual-channel grating waveguide in this paper, The basic structure is triangle. We simulated the structure using the finite difference time domain (FDTD) method , analyzing the effect of differenl structural parameters to the phenomenon of light waves enhancement, finding the relationship between center wavelength and structural parameters corresponding to the maximum output intensity. It provides a reference for the development of new filter based on SPP.
