| 摘 要： | 本文简介株洲冶炼厂废水处理厂工艺和现状，分析了现有石灰中和法一段中和工艺和设备难以应付废水跑酸跑液冲击负荷的原因。提出利用现工艺配置均化池，在跑酸跑液时进行预中和的改良二段中和工艺。

| Abstract: | The brief introduction on the state and the process of waste water treatment plant of Zhuzhou smelter had been showed.the article also analysed the reasons that why the results of useing the one stage neutralizeing process with lime and installation relater could not be satisfaction when the pulse loads caused by leaking acid and solution had happeded.It was proposed that the advanced two stage neutralizeing process with lime,pro-neutralizing the waste water to avail of now average pond while leaking acid and solution had happened,should be used. |
