高校体育教师效能感与学生锻炼动机关系研究

摘    要:通过对福建省533名不同高校体育教师和学生的调查,结果显示:不同类型学校、不同教龄体育教师的效能感不同;教师效能感可归纳为教师一般效能感和教学效能感。学生锻炼动机主要表现为增强体质、提高运动技能、兴趣爱好等三方面。体育教师效能感与学生锻炼动机存在显著性相关,且通过多元回归分析发现其能预测学生锻炼动机。

Abstract:The result,after an investigation in 533 physical teachers and students in difference collages,indicates that physical teacher'w self-efficacy differs from different types of collages and different ages.It can be divided into two parts:teacher's general self-efficacy and teaching self-feeicacy.The motivations of the students' taking part in the exercise are keeping fit,improving the skills of doing sports and interest.There is a noticeable relation between the physical teacher's self-efficacy and student's motivation,and it can predict the students' motivation by the method of mul-regration-analysis.
