| 摘 要： | 目的 研究MR弥散加权成像(DWI)在鉴别颅内表皮样囊肿术后残留或复发与手术腔中的作用.方法 对29例颅内表皮样囊肿术后病(其中复发或残留13例)分别行常规MRI、FLAIR、及DWI检查.计算并比较复发或残留病灶、术后腔、周围正常脑脊液及正常脑灰质信号值与正常脑脊液和脑灰质的信号比率.测量并比较不同序列病灶及手术腔ADC值.结果 13个残留及复发病灶在FLAIR表现与脑实质等或稍高信号,在DWI上所有病灶均表现为明显高信号.术后腔在所有序列上均表现为脑脊液样信号.FLAIR及DWI序列上:表皮样囊肿信号/CSF信号>手术腔信号/CSF信号,表皮样囊肿信号/脑灰质信号>手术腔信号/脑灰质信号.表皮样囊肿ADC值<术后腔ADC值.结论 DWI能可靠区分残留或复发的表皮样囊肿与手术腔.

| Abstract: | Objective] To study the value of DWI in postoperative intracranial epidermoid tumors. Methods] Twenty-nine postoperative patients with intracranial epidermoid tumors (thirteen cases with residual or reccurent foci) were examined with conventioanl MRI, FLAIR and DWI sequences.
