老年糖尿病患者肠道菌群变化的相关因素分析

摘    要:目的:探讨老年2型糖尿病肠道菌群变化的危险因素。方法:选我院老干部科60例65-89岁2型糖尿病人,取新鲜粪便,选择肠道菌群中3种具有代表性的细菌进行计数。然后根据病程长短、有无微量蛋白尿、糖化血红蛋白高低分别分成两组进行统计学分析。结果:病程〉10年、有微量尿蛋白、糖化血红蛋白(7.1±1.31)%的患者,双歧杆菌数量减少(P〈0.05)。结论:老年糖尿病的病程和有无并发症、血糖控制情况均对肠道菌群有影响。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the related factors of the changes of intestinal flora in the elderly diabetes with type 2. Methods:55 elderly diabetes, Feces samples of all cases were cultured under both aerobic and anaerobic conditions for the 3 bacteria. The relation ship between the quantity change of intestinal micro flora and various factor such as course of disease, glycosylated hemoglobin(HBALC), have or no urinary albumin were analyed. Results: Course of disease 〉 10 years, glycosylated hemoglobin (HBALC) (7.1 ± 1.31 ) % have urinary albumin(LIALB). The quantity of bifidobacterum were significantly decreased (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Course of disease, glycemic control and have or no complications have differential factors to intestinal flore in the elderly diabetes.
