化工仿真实训教学在应用技术人才培养中的开展与作用

摘    要:文章探讨了仿真模拟实训的教学思想、教学训练方法与策略及仿真教学作用。论证了仿真模拟实训教学的方式能加快高素质专业人才培养,拓展教学空间和缩短培养周期,有效地完成实训教学与职业素质训导、职业技能训练与鉴定的任务,它与校内、校外相衔接、能力训练与专业特点相结合,解决很多常规方法无法解决的问题,是培养应用技术人才职业技能的有效途径。

Abstract:The teaching thought,teaching practice and strategy as well as function of Simulated training were discussed in the paper.The simulated training of teaching method could speed up the training of high-quality talents,develop the teaching space and shorten the cultivation cycle,effectively complete the tasks of vocational training quality of teaching and discipline,vocational skills training and identification.The simulated training of teaching method could combine trait of speciality with,ability training it could,many problems common methods cannot,and it was an effective way in cultivating application vocational technical personnel.
