摘    要:论文介绍某桥梁工程采用后压浆技术对提高大直径钻孔灌注桩承载力的可靠度,和提高大直径钻孔灌注桩桩底桩侧压浆后极限摩阻力系数的方法;通过试桩设计、自平衡法加载试验,测试结果分析表明,按照设计规定的压浆量和压力进行,大直径钻孔灌注桩经后压浆技术处理后,可以大幅度提高其承载力,降低工程造价,加快施工进度,提高桩基质量的稳定性和可靠度。

Abstract:The post-grouting technique is adopted in a bridge project to enhance the bearing capacity of large-diameter cast-in-place piles and to increase the maximum friction coefficients at the bottom of the piles and around the piles after grouting.The test pile design is made,and the Tomer Loading Test is carried out.The test results are analyzed,and it is indicated that with the designed pressure and grouting quantity,the bearing capacity of large-diameter cast-in-place piles can be enhanced significantly.As a result,the cost of the project can be reduced,the construction progress sped up,and the stability and reliability of the quality of pile foundation improved.
