| 摘 要： | 本文报告用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对河南邓县人群、用酶联葡萄球菌A蛋白试验(SPA-ELISA)对当地猪旋毛虫病血清流行病学调查结果。 邓县健康人297例,ELISA阳性59例,抗体阳性率为19.87%。男女性别抗体阳性率无显著差异,但屠宰场屠宰工、农村居民、炊事员的抗体阳性率显著高于工人和学生;且青壮年和老年人抗体阳性率高于儿童及青少年。提示在流行区内,旋毛虫病感染率可能和职业、年龄有关。 邓县旋108头,SPA-ELISA阳性32头,抗体阳性率为29.63%,活检阳性猪的SPA-ELISA阳性率为93.55%,肌肉中包囊计数(个/g)与SPA-ELISA的OD_(492)值之间存在正相关。 对汉族地区旋毛虫病流行特点进行了讨论。

A SEROEPIDEMIC SURVEY OF HUMAN AND PIG TRICHINOSIS IN DENG COUNTY, HONAN PROVINCE |

| Abstract: | This paper repoted the results of seroepidemic survey of human and pig trichinosis in Deng county, Honan province. The antibody level against larvae of Trichine-11a spiralis in sera from normal individuals were detected by ELISA. 59 of them were positive, the antibody positive rate was 19.87%. Between male and female, no significant difference of antibody positive rate was found. But the antibody positiverates of butchers, peasants or cooks were higher than that of workers or students. The results suggested the infected rate of human was relative with occupation and age.108 sera of pig were collected from same area and detected by SPA-ELISA. 32 of them were SPA-ELISA positive, the antibody positive rate was 29.63%. The SPA-ELISA positive rate in sera from larvae-positive pigs was 93.55%. Between the larvae cyst count and the OD492 value, the positive relationship was found.The epidemiologic features of trichinosis in the area where the people of the Han nationality live are discussed. |
