| 摘 要： | 目的观察Clear TouchTM丝柔光子痤疮治疗仪治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效。方法将90例寻常性痤疮患者随机分为两组,每组45例,治疗组采用Clear TouchTM丝柔光子痤疮治疗仪治疗,3次/周,对照组予以0.025%维A酸乳膏局部外涂,2次/d,疗程均为2周。结果治疗组有效率为73.33%,对照组为53.33%,两组有效率比较差异有显著性(P(0.01)。结论Clear TouchTM丝柔痤疮光子治疗仪治疗痤疮疗效显著、方便快捷,副反应小,是一种较为理想的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effect of phototherapy in patients with acne vulgaris.Methods 90 cases with mild to moderate acne were devided into two groups,45 cases in each group.Treating group was treated with phototherapy,3 times per week.Control group was treated with 0.025% Tretinoin cream,2 times per week.The course of treatment was 2 weeks.Results The effective rate of treating group was 73.33%,and that of control group was 53.33%.The difference of effective rate in two groups was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The curative effect of treating group is significant.Phototherapy is convenient and it has less side effect.Phototherapy is a new preferable modality for the treatment of acne. |
