带锁髓内钉治疗长骨干骨折并发症的探讨

为探讨带锁髓内钉治疗长骨干骨折并发症的发生原因和防治手段 ,对带锁髓内钉治疗长骨干骨折 5 8例进行回顾。结果 :术后随访 6月～ 4年 (平均 1 8个月 ) ,骨折全部愈合 ,发生各种并发症 1 6例。提示 :严格掌握适应证 ,充分的术前准备 ,正规细致的手术操作是手术成功、减少并发症的关键 ,不稳定骨折应适当延长负重时间

Complication Caused by Intramedullar Interlocking Nail in Treatment of Long Bone Shaft Fracture

To find out the causes and precautions of complication of intramedullar interlocking nail in the long bone shaft fracture 58 cases of intramedullar interlocking nail in the long bone shaft fracture was analyzed from 1997 to 2001. After the follow-up from 6 months to 4 years it was found that within the average of one year and six months, all fracture healed. Complications developed in 16 patients. The indication must be correctly chosen. Sufficient pre-operation preparation, and regular and careful operation are the key to the successful operation and complication reduction. The patient with comminuted fracture fixed with intramedullar interlocking nail should properly delay the time to start weight bearing.
