摘    要:考虑最恶劣情况下的网络最大传输能力,即至少输电容量,是电力市场环境下衡量输电系统电力传输能力的一个重要指标.在至少输电容量模型的基础上,考虑了电压稳定约束,提出了考虑电压稳定约束的至少输电容量双层优化决策模型,讨论了模型的性质,并给出了求解该模型的算法BiGA,该算法具有较好的鲁棒性.对IEEE 118节点系统进行了数据仿真,仿真结果表明了该模型及算法的合理性和有效性.

Abstract:Min-max transfer capability of transmission interfaces is an important parameter for the exchange of electric power among areas.To take the voltage stability into account when computing min-max transfer capabilities,a bi-level decision- making model based on a rain-max transfer capacity formulation is proposed and the properties of the model are discussed.A more robust genetic algorithm named BiGA is also introduced to solve this model.The proposed notion of min-max transfer capacity provides more valuable information compared with traditional available transfer capability(ATC).At last,the 118-bus IEEE RTS is utilized to evaluate the proposed model and the results demonstrate the reasonability and validity of the algorithm.
