脑卒中患者D—二聚体的检测及危险因素的研究

摘    要:为了了解D-二聚体和脑卒中的关系,深入探讨脑卒中发生的危险因素,对脑卒中病人及其对照进行了D-二聚体和血脂的定量测定以及危险因素分析。结果显示,病例组D-二聚体水平明显高于对照组(t=5.566,P<0.05),将病例组分为脑梗塞和脑出血后,脑梗塞组D-二聚体含量仍高于对照,而脑出血组与对照比较差别则不明显(P>0.05)。提示D-二聚体可作为脑血栓形成临床诊断和疗效观察的有效指标,D-二聚体水平的高低与脑卒中的类型有关。经多因素条件logistic回归分析显示,脑卒中家族史、收缩压、D-二聚体为脑卒中发生的危险因素,文化程度,HDL为保护性因素

Abstract:In order to find out the relationship beteen D dimer and stroke, and the risk factors in the disease, D dimer and lipids in blood were measured in stroke patients and health controls. The results showed that the plasma level of D dimer in cases was higher than that in controls(t=5 566,P<0 05),After the stroke was divided into two kinds. of subtype, the D dimer level in cerebral infarction was still significant higher than that in controls, while not significant different from that in controls(P>0 05)in cerebral haemorrhage The results suggested that D dimer could be made a marker to diagnosis the forming of stroke, to evaluate the treatment. The level of D dimer was related to the type of stroke. By means of multivariate conditional logistic regression analysis, we found that the history of family stroke, systolic pressure and D dimer were the risk factors in stroke, while the level of education and HDL were the preventive factors.
