二级医院治疗室感染管理存在问题与改进对策

目的]对二级医院治疗室在感染管理方面存在的问题进行分析研究,提出改进对策,强化治疗室的规范管理。方法]按本市医院管理年评价标准细则对31家二级医院的治疗室进行院感管理检查,对查出的缺陷问题进行分析研究。结果]31家医院治疗室感染管理中存在突出问题8类,缺陷253处。结论]各级医院均应重视治疗室的规范管理,防止和减少医院感染的发生,确保病人治疗安全。

THE EXISTING PROBLEMS AND IMPROVEMENT COUNTERMEASURES OF HOSPITAL INFECTION MANAGEMENT OF TREATMENT ROOM IN SECONDARY HOSPITAL

Objective] To analyze the existing problems of management of hospital infection of treatment room in secondary hospital, so as to provide improvement countermeasures to strengthen the standardized management of treatment room. Methods] According to the evaluation criterion of hospital management year, an investigation about hospital infection management of treatment room was carried out among 31 secondary hospitals in Leshan City to find out and analyze the existing problems. Results] There were 253 kinds of defects belonging to 8 categories of hospital infection management problems of treatment room in the investigated 31 secondary hospitals. Conclusion] Hospitals should pay more attention to standardized management of treatment room, so as to prevent and reduce hospital infection, assure the safety of patients.
