小型大孔径高精度编码器的精度分析

摘    要:详细分析了光机结构的轴系和码盘偏心误差、码盘刻划误差、电子学细分误差对机载雷达用小型大孔径高精度空心轴绝对式光电编码器精度影响。根据光机结构、码盘刻划、电子学细分误差对光电编码器精度的影响,采用方和根方法对小型大孔径高精度编码器精度进行了计算,得出编码器测角精度小于2″,达到设计精度。新研制的编码器可以满足编码器的精度要求并且工作稳定可靠。

Abstract:The influence of the eccentric error of shaft components of optical and mechanical structure and coded disc,scoring errors of coded disc,and segmentation error of electronics that affect to the airborne radar approach with the small-type large aperture high precision encoder is analyzed in detail.According to the influence of optical and mechanical structure,coded disk scoring,electronics segmentation error to photoelectric encoder precision,the side and the root squaring method is used for calculating the precision of the small-type large aperture high accuracy encoder.The angle measuring accuracy of encoder is σ2 ",therefore the design accuracy is achieved.The new development's encoder may satisfy encoder's accuracy requirement and work stably reliable.
