溢流阀动态刚度最优控制

摘    要:溢流阀的动态性能是由液压系统的工况、溢流阀的结构参数决定的,为改善溢流阀的动态性能,建立了溢流阀抗交变信号的最优控制目标函数.通过控制理论,将函数优化问题转化变量优化问题,选择溢流阀的结构参数作为设计变量,以系统刚度最大为目标函数,通过优化,最后可以获得改善溢流阀动态性能的一组结构参数.

Abstract:The dynamic characteristic of hydraulic relief valve was determined by the condition of hydraulic system and Structure parameters of the hydraulic relief valve. In order to improve dynamic characteristic of the hydraulic relief valve, we design a dynamic model of the hydraulic relief valve. The objective function of optimal control is deduced so as to enhance capacity to resist mutual signal according to the control theory. We can transform functions optimization into variables optimization. The optimum design model is given by using the objective function of miximzing stiffness of the system to determine the variables of structure parameters of the hydraulic relief valve, an optimal parameter group that satisfied the dynamic characteristic of hydraulic relief valve was obtained through minimization.
