中国矿业金融发展的思路与建议

文章从矿业金融利益共同体、市场定价机制、金融改革开放、新冠肺炎疫情影响等4个方面分析了我国矿业金融发展的宏观背景,以矿业资本市场和矿业上市公司为重点分了我国矿业金融发展现状和面临的问题,分析了金融改革开放背景下矿业金融发展的重大机遇,提出了大力发展我国矿业金融的思路建议：(1)在国家层面高度重视矿业金融发展,深度融合矿产资源和金融资本两大要素。(2)积极有序引导外商投资,推动我国战略性矿产资源产业转型升级。(3)充分利用中非基金、丝路基金、中阿基金等现有平台,加大对战略性矿产资源企业“走出去”的支持力度。(4)鼓励中资金融机构深度参与矿业发展。(5)有序增加我国优势矿种期货品种,逐步增强金融市场对战略性矿产资源价格的影响力。

Thoughts on the development of mining finance in China

The novel coronavirus pneumonia has been analyzed from 4 aspects: interest group of mining industry, pricing mechanism of the market, financial reform and opening up, and the influence of new crown pneumonia. The macro background of mining finance development in China has been analyzed. The mining finance market and mining listed companies have been divided into the development status and problems of mining finance in China. The major development of mining finance has been analyzed in the context of financial reform and opening up. At the national level, we should attach great importance to the development of mining finance and deeply integrate the two elements of mineral resources and financial capital. (2) Actively and orderly guide foreign investment to promote the transformation and upgrading of China"s strategic mineral resources industry. (3) Make full use of the existing platforms such as China Africa Fund, silk road fund and China Arab fund to increase support for strategic mineral resources enterprises to "go global". (4) We will encourage Chinese funded financial institutions to deeply participate in the development of mining industry. (5) We should increase the futures varieties of China"s dominant minerals in an orderly manner, and gradually enhance the influence of the financial market on the prices of strategic mineral resources.
