摘    要:针对新桥煤矿2502综采工作面巷道“倒梯形”断面不对称造成的巷顶围岩变形破碎异常,为采取合理支护方案,根据工作面赋存特征及围岩力学性质,通过理论及FLAC数值模拟分析巷道围岩应力分布特征,提出巷道支护方案:顶板采用“锚网带+锚索梁”、两帮采用“锚网带”的协同锚固支护方式。经成巷后断面收敛及顶板离层观测,巷顶下沉量稳定在79 mm左右,离层量稳定在19 mm,表明巷道围岩得到有效控制。

Abstract:In view of the abnormal deformation and breakage of surrounding rock at roadway top caused by asymmetric "inverted trapezoid" section in 2502 fully-mechanized working face of Xinqiao Coal Mine,and in order to adopt reasonable support scheme,according to the occurrence characteristics of working face and mechanical properties of surrounding rock,the stress distribution characteristics of surrounding rock of roadway were analyzed through theory and FLAC numerical simulation,and the roadway support scheme was proposed.The roof adopted "anchor net belt + anchor cable beam",and the two sides adopted "anchor net belt".Through the observation of cross section convergence and roof separation after roadway completion,the roadway top subsidence was stable at about 79 mm,and the separation amount was stable at 19 mm,which indicated that the surrounding rock of roadway was effectively controlled.
