庞庞塔煤矿大倾角煤层巷道联合支护技术研究与应用

摘    要:大倾角煤层巷道存在顶帮应力环境复杂、巷道非对称变形、底鼓严重等现象。以庞庞塔煤矿5-1081巷为工程背景,提出了主被动联合控制原则,具体包括:高强及时主动支护原则、主被动联合提高强度原则、局部加强协同支护原则,设计了机械式高强恒阻支柱,开发了大倾角煤层巷道主被动联合支护技术。该技术以“高强锚杆(索)+高强恒阻支柱”为核心,通过高强锚杆(索)形成强主动承载结构,联合高强恒阻支柱协调巷道变形,从而实现巷道围岩的稳定控制。技术应用后,监测了巷道变形、锚杆受力、支柱变形等情况,结果证明了庞庞塔煤矿大倾角煤层巷道主被动联合支护技术的优越性和可靠性,为类似条件巷道支护提供了参考,也丰富了巷道围岩控制理论。

Abstract:There are some phenomena such as complex roof stress environment,asymmetric deformation of roadway and serious floor heave in roadway with large dip ngle.Based on the engineering background of Lane 5-1081 of Pangpangta Coal Mine,this paper put forward the principle of joint control of main and controlled objects,which includes:high strength timely active supporting principle,the principle of being united to increase strength,locally strengthen the principle of collaborative supporting,the design of the mechanical high strength and constant resistance prop,and the development of main and combined supporting technology of roadway in large inclined seam.The core of the technology is "high strength anchor rod(cable) + high strength constant resistance pillar",a strong active bearing structure is formed by high-strength anchor(cable),combined with high strength and constant resistance pillar to coordinate roadway deformation,so as to realize the stability control of roadway surrounding rock.The results showed the superiority and reliability of the combined roadway support technology in large inclined coal seam,which provides reference for roadway supporting under similar conditions and enriched the roadway surrounding rock control theory.
