| 摘 要： | 主要研究开源框架Struts及Hibemate在设计和开发网络安全管理系统中的应用。文中分析了两个框架的架构原理和特点，用Struts作为表示层和控制层，用Hibernate实现与对象关系持久化。并将这种开发模式应用到网络安全管理系统的开发中，大大提高了开发效率：
