| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肉眼下行翼状胬肉逆行切除联合带角膜缘干细胞的结膜瓣移植术的临床疗效。方法本院门诊对58例（65眼）原发性翼状胬肉患者,在肉眼下行翼状胬肉逆行切除联合带角膜缘干细胞的游离结膜瓣移植术,术后观察角膜创面愈合时间,眼部刺激症状程度及复发情况。结果术后第2天角膜创面光滑,刺激症状轻,随访6个月～2年,痊愈54眼,好转6眼,复发5眼,复发率为7.69%。结论肉眼下行翼状胬肉逆行切除联合带角膜缘干细胞的结膜瓣移植术,设备要求低,操作简单,费用低廉,术后刺激症状轻,复发率低,适合基层医院开展。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of primary pterygium excision combined with limbal stem cells transplantation and conjunctival autograft under direct vision.Methods 58 cases of patients（65 eyes） with primary pterygium were given pterygium excision combined with limbal stem cells transplantation and conjunctival autograft under direct vision.Cornea healing time,stimulating symptoms and recurrent rate were observed.Results 1 day after operation,cornea surface were smooth,stimulating symptoms were light.All patients were followed up for 6-24 months,54 eyes recovered,6 eyes improved,5 eyes reappeared,the recurrence rate was 7.69%.Conclusion Pterygium excision combined with limbal stem cells transplantation and conjunctival autograft under direct vision,which need simple equipment and lower cost,seems to be suitable for primary hospital. |
