降钙素与C-反应蛋白联合检测在新生儿败血症诊断中的应用

目的探讨降钙素（PCT）与C-反应蛋白（CRP）联合检测在新生儿败血症诊断中的临床应用价值。方法选取2011年1月～2012年12月来本院进行诊治的新生儿败血症患儿80例作为检测组,检测组患儿均进行PCT与CRP水平检测,同时,选取80例正常新生儿作为对照组,分析比较两组的PCT与CRP水平。结果检测组患儿的PCT与CRP水平均明显高于对照组患儿（P〈0.05）;两组新生儿PCT、CRP检测阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论临床对新生儿败血症患儿行PCT与CRP联合检测,可有助于新生儿败血症的早期诊断和疗效观察,对病情的及时治疗和预后评估具有一定的临床应用价值,值得临床广泛应用及推广。

Application of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein joint detection in diagnosis of neonatal sepsis

Objective To investigate the value of clinical application of procalcitonin（PCT） and C-reactive protein（CRP） joint detection in diagnosis of neonatal sepsis.Methods Eighty newborn with neonatal sepsis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 were selected as detection group and detected for levels of PCT and CRP.Eighty normal newborn were simultaneously selected as control group.The levels of PCT and CRP in both groups were respectively compared.Results Levels of PCT and CRP in detection group were significantly higher than those in control group（P 0.05）.The comparison of positive rate of PCT and CRP detection in both groups showed statistically significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion Clinical joint detection of PCT and CRP for newborn with neonatal sepsis can contribute to early diagnosis and observing therapeutic effectiveness of neonatal sepsis,has certain value of clinical application in timely treating and prognosis accessing,and is worth widely clinical applying and promo tion.
