| 摘 要： | 在分析下一代互联网模型中计费系统服务提供商不同于传统计费系统角色的基础上,研究下一代互联网业务的特征以及其相互关系.以业务相关的计费参数为出发点,得出了面向业务的下一代互联网计费系统的体系结构模型以及各个功能模块之间的数据和信息接口,并讨论了计费系统的主要工作流程和关键模块的实现技术.最后,给出了此模型的一个原型系统实现.

| Abstract: | Billing system is one of the most important parts in the NGI(next generation Internet) module. In this module, BSP(billing service provider) take the role that is specially different from what they do now. Based on these reports, the characteristics and the relation between the services are analysed, and the billing parameters, the elementary factor are introduced. Then the service-faced billing system architecture model and the data and information interfaces in the model are provided. Besides this, the (main) workflow and the design of the key modules are also given. Finally, a prototype designed and implemented under NGI Conditions. |
