摘    要:目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)后处理技术在脊椎爆裂性骨折诊断中的应用价值。方法对38例(49个椎体)爆裂性骨折患者行MSCT扫描后,将原始图像进行多平面重组(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、容积再现技术(VRT)等后处理成像,分析各图像显示骨折情况的能力。结果 MSCT及其后处理技术能够准确显示脊椎爆裂性骨折的部位、椎体压缩程度、骨折片突入椎管的深度范围、局部椎管狭窄程度及三维空间关系。结论MSCT后处理技术的联合应用在脊椎爆裂性骨折诊断中有着重要的价值,有助于临床医生选择合理的治疗方案和手术路径。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the value of the multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) postprocessing technique in di-agnosing spinal burst fracture. Methods MSCT was performed on 38 patients with 49 vertebral burst fracture alto-gether.The raw data of all these cases was processed respectively by kinds of image reconstruction ,including the mul-tiple planar reconstruction (MPR),the maximum intensity projection (MIP)and the volume rendering technique(VRT). Results MSCT with postprocessing technique could exactly show the site,the severity of compressed vertebrae,dis-placed vertebrae and also the severity of spinal canal stenosis and 3D spatial relationship of the spine fractures . Con-clusion Combined with postprocessing technique,MSCT has important value in diagnosing spinal burst fracture and selecting the treatment protocol and operation method.
