摘    要:本文提出了汽车用Az91D镁合金车轮液态模锻成形新技术.重点分析了成形工艺要点,介绍了其液态模锻模具结构及工作过程.并提出了液锻件热处理工艺措施,以达到车轮使用性能要求.

Abstract:A new metal-forming technology of liquid forging for auto wheel of AZ91D magnesium alloy has been proposed in the text. The analysis of forming process has been introduced with the die structure and liquid forging process given. The heat-treatment process has been put forward in order to achieve property requirements of the wheel.
