| Abstract: | A new metal-forming technology of liquid forging for auto wheel of AZ91D magnesium alloy has been proposed in the text. The analysis of forming process has been introduced with the die structure and liquid forging process given. The heat-treatment process has been put forward in order to achieve property requirements of the wheel. |
